Cobblemon Fast Mounts 1.7+

• Cobblemon Fast Mounts massively increases the riding speed of bird, UFO, and rocket mounts in Cobblemon 1.7.1.
• I play with stamina turned off, and the bird/UFO/rocket mounts felt extremely slow, so I created this datapack to greatly boost their riding speed making them much faster, similar to how mounts used to feel when playing with ride on. this datapack is mostly intended for people who play with no stamina.
• at the end of a day its a datapack feel free to edit the stats to whatever you want
