Old Water

Reverts the water texture to the old, pre-1.13 texture.

Vibrant/Bedrock-like variant available in the files/versions tab.

The Vibrant-Hybrid variant requires optifine for biome blending.

Also useful for overriding the water texture when using other resource packs that might make the water look worse.
