Customizable Cooldowns

While making a modded SMP server I noticed the distinct lack of forge mods to change cooldowns for pearls so I took it upon myself to make one. This mod can not only be used for changing ender pearl cooldowns but you can add a cooldown to anything that you can right click. currently anything you have to hold down and click like food or bows for example will apply the cooldown the second you click and not when it's finished. might implement a change for that later on.

In the config you should be able to add any items you want (including from other mods)

EXAMPLE:
(the time is in ticks so 20 = 1 second)
itemCooldowns = [ "minecraft:ender_pearl=100" ]
