VFC — Verity Face Changer & AI Expansion

VFC is an unofficial community addon for Verity JE 5.7.2 or newer on Minecraft Forge 1.20.1. It adds face controls, personality settings, per-world memory, roleplay tools, and safer AI behavior without replacing the original Verity JE mod.

Features

Face controls
Use /vface to change the nearest Verity's face. Available faces include neutral, happy, serious, evil, crazy, sleep, and other faces supported by your Verity JE version.

Personality Update
Choose from Default, Friendly, Creepy, Chaotic, Serious, and Companion personalities. You can also write a custom personality prompt and adjust its intensity.

Per-world settings and memory
Every world can have its own behavior mode, default face, personality, settings, and conversation memory. Memory can be cleared from the VFC settings menu.

Safety and stability
Safe Mode disables experimental features. Temporary AI API errors are retried once and shown as a clear message instead of freezing or spamming the game.

Installation

1. Install Minecraft Forge 47.x for Minecraft 1.20.1.
2. Install Verity JE 5.7.2 or newer.
3. Install GeckoLib, YACL, and Cloth Config when required by your Verity JE version.
4. Put both Verity JE and VFC JAR files into your mods folder.

VFC is an addon. Do not remove Verity JE.
