Collections Of Optimizations

A optimization mod that mainly targets other mods instead of minecraft. Fixes slow code & bugs in other mods. Everything is properly tested so nothing should break or cause any critical gameplay changes.

Expect reduced memory usage and stutters, faster chunk loading, and improved server and client performance with less bugs and crashes.

Compatibility

Patches only load if the mod they target is installed. There's a mixin config plugin that checks the loading mod list, so having none of these mods installed does nothing at all. Not even load. Absolutely 0 impact.

Tested against 507 mods.

Config

Everything has its own toggle in config/collections_of_optimizations-common.toml. There's a master general.enabled if you want to B/A (before/after) test the whole thing

Frequently Asked Questions [FAQ]

Will there be 1.21.1 neoforge port?

• Not currently. Porting this mod to another Minecraft version means going through every supported mod and optimization again, checking whether each mod has a 1.21.1 NeoForge version, and adapting the optimizations to any changes in their code.
  
  I may eventually make a watered-down 1.21.1 version with fewer optimizations and supported mods. It would start out limited, but could gradually grow as more optimizations are ported. Which is.. not planned yet. Let me make this mod big enough first :)
