AE2 Meteor Mixin

This mod mixes into (a mixin, if you will) Applied Energistics 2 to remove budding certus quartz blocks from meteors. This mod was made for CABIN, to replace blockswap, as it can have performance impacts.

Frankly, I'm not sure what else to put here to hit the character requirement for curseforge uploads, I guess if there were more mixins that I wanted to make, I would have just made this be a coremod for CABIN. In any case, at least this mod might come in handy for other pack developers, if they want to also change how certus quartz is obtained, or perhaps gate budding quartz elsewhere?
