Hammer Enchants

Inspired by hammers from Tinker's Construct.

Adds enchantments that allow tools to mine many blocks at once.

• Wide Shape (I-III) affects how tall/wide of an area is mined.
• Deep Shape (I-II) affects how many blocks forward are mined.

When both enchantments are used, a tool can mine a 5x3x3 area at once.

Additional Features

• Enchanted hoes will till land and break crops!
• Enchanted axes will strip logs, deoxidize copper, etc!
• Enchanted shovels will make path blocks!
• Crouch to only affect blocks of the same type!
• Config options for breaking speed and durability!
• 0 dependencies, no extra bloat!
