Smart Item Magnet

Item Magnet adds a simple and intuitive way to collect dropped items around you without having to pick them up manually.

The mod introduces a Magnet that can be activated with Right Click. Once activated, nearby dropped items within its selected range will automatically be attracted toward the player, making it especially useful when mining, farming, clearing large areas, or collecting large amounts of resources.

🧲 Adjustable Magnet Range:

The Magnet's attraction range can be customized directly while playing.

Simply hold the Magnet and use Shift + Mouse Wheel to increase or decrease its range. You can choose exactly how many blocks around you the Magnet will affect, with a maximum range of 24 blocks.

This allows you to use a smaller radius when you need precision or increase it when collecting items across large areas.

🎯 Item Filtering:

Item Magnet also includes a useful filtering system that lets you choose exactly what type of item you want to attract.

While using the Magnet, place an item or block in your off-hand. The Magnet will then only attract dropped items of that same type, ignoring everything else around you.

For example, if you place Iron Ore in your off-hand, the Magnet will only attract Iron Ore within its configured range.

This is especially useful during large mining sessions, farms, mob farms, resource gathering, or anywhere where many different dropped items are present.
