EMI fixes Gateways to Eternity

This mod allows you to see in EMI details of gateways from Gateways to Eternity such as waves, rewards and spawns.

From gateway page you can jump to EMILoot pages to see more information about selected mob or loot table. Additionally, you can backtrack to gateway if their name is highlighted with blue underline style.

Controls are as usual in EMI:
"usage" on gateway to see details page
"usage" on mob/loot table to jump to EMILoot pages
"recipe" on mob/loot table name to jump to all gateways that have this as reward

Now supports latest EMILoot features such as clicking directly on mob slots
