Adds new Undergarden themed weapons and traits to Spartan Weaponry.
Supported materials:
- Cloggrum
- Froststeel
- Chilly - Slows down foes for 30 seconds
- Utherium
- Rotspawn Damage Bonus - +50% damage against Rotspawn
- Forgotten
- Undergarden Damage Bonus - +50% damage against non-boss Undergarden mobs
