Adds readouts for signal strength, note, better repeater delay visibility, emissives, hopper/dispenser/dropper directions, etc.
Requires Continuity if you want the emissives to work.
Additional pack to make redstone dust 3D if you want.
OF NOTE: the 3D redstone pack must be above the redstone tweaks pack for the signal strength overlay to work.
