Actually Beta Nether removes all modern features from the Nether; including ores, mobs, biomes, and structures.
NOTE: Does NOT use the Nether world generator from Beta! You'll need Moderner Beta for that!
For best results, pair Actually Beta Nether with Nostalgic Tweaks, Moderner Beta, and Golden Days! Featured in my modpack Modern Beta!
