Create: Additional Recipes

There aren't many recipes yet, but I will add more as more versions of the mod are released.

Here is a list of all the recipes that the mod adds:

• Mixing Andesite and Nether Wart to make Netherrack.
• Crushing limestone for a 25% chance of a Copper Nugget and a 5% chance of Sand.
• Crushing Scoria for a 25% chance of a Zinc Nugget
• Crafting 4 pieces of Charcoal in a square to make Coal (also works with compacting).
• Haunting Slimeballs for Magma Cream.
• Mixing 2 Andesite, 2 Diorite, and 50mb of Lava to produce Tuff.
• Mixing 2 Sugar and 1 Magma Cream in a heated basin for Gunpowder.
• Made elytras "craftable"
