The Famished is a canibbalistic human who has escaped from the desert, seeking its next meal. and it will do anything to tear you apart and consume your corpse..
The Famished is an entity that will spawn rarely around your world, burrowing around underground looking for fresh flesh to consume, if a player happens to get to close to where its burrowed beneath the ground, it will quickly dig out and attack the player, leaping and trying to grab them to damage them
