Apartments are finally here! Cozy up your colonists with a roof over their heads while conserving space! Compact (5 block wide) apartments are your solution to high density housing and urban city-planning with Minecolonies.

- NYC Railroad Style (3 Apartment Brick-type Variants) - Brick/terracotta building with 4-story floor height, emergency fire exits, roof access, 3 bedrooms (5 beds total), & lvl 1-5 coverage.
