🔁 5.3.0 Fabric port

Thanks a lot to KaptainWutax for converting the project to Architectury to be able to provide a Fabric port for 1.20.1.

Please keep in mind that the 5.3.0 Fabric version is currently in beta for testing and might have limited features and possible bugs.
