Adds teleportation rules for going under/over a y level in a dimension

By default it connects the overworld floor with the nether ceiling(ow <> nether), and end floor and overworld ceiling(end -> ow).

Allows any dimension connections you want e.g. Below overworld -> top nether, blow nether -> top end, below end -> top overworld
All connections are fully configurable
Does NOT affect players in creative mode

Easy creation/adjustment of all connection rules
Configure teleport type: AIR(searches top-down) ,CAVE(searches bottom up) and GROUND
Configure y-coordinate at which the teleport starts and to which you get teleported to

Only required on serverside.

This mod is compatible with all dimensions, including modded ones. To use them you just need to find the ID of the dimension and put it into the config.
