Spartan Weaponry: Ice and Fire

Adds new Ice and Fire themed weapons and traits to Spartan Weaponry.

Based on cbkovak's Spartan and Fire for 1.12.2.

Supported materials:

• Dragon Bone
• Flamed Dragon Bone
• Ice Dragon Damage Bonus II - +8.0 damage against Ice Dragons
• Flamed I - Ignites and knocks back foes
• Iced Dragon Bone
• Fire Dragon Damage Bonus II - +8.0 damage against Fire Dragons
• Iced I - Freezes foes for 10 seconds
• Lightning Dragon Bone
• Ice Dragon Damage Bonus I - +4.0 damage against Ice Dragons
• Fire Dragon Damage Bonus I - +4.0 damage against Fire Dragons
• Shocked - Strikes foes with lightning
• Desert Myrmex Chitin
• Non-arthropod Damage Bonus - +4.0 damage against non-arthropods and Death Worms
• Desert Myrmex Stinger
• Non-arthropod Damage Bonus - +4.0 damage against non-arthropods and Death Worms
• Poisoned - Poisons foes for 10 seconds
• Jungle Myrmex Chitin
• Non-arthropod Damage Bonus - +4.0 damage against non-arthropods and Death Worms
• Jungle Myrmex Stinger
• Non-arthropod Damage Bonus - +4.0 damage against non-arthropods and Death Worms
• Poisoned - Poisons foes for 10 seconds
• Fire Dragonsteel
• Flamed II - Ignites and knocks back foes
• Ice Dragonsteel
• Iced II - Freezes foes for 15 seconds
• Lightning Dragonsteel
• Shocked - Strikes foes with lightning
