Create x Caverns & Chasms Compat

If you have both Create and Caverns & Chasms installed, then there will be a recipe for crushing Raw Silver from C&C into the Crushed Raw Silver from Create but there is no recipe to process Crushed Raw Silver which ultimitely results in players being stuck with Crushed Raw Silver and unable to do anything with it; this mod adds in recipes for processing Crushed Raw Silver into Raw Silver.
