This addon expands Cursed Fate by introducing a brand new technique focused on gimmick-based combat, crowd control and stacking debuffs.

Its main goal is to provide a hard but rewarding playstyle, built around positioning, line of sight and delayed damage. Wither Rose rewards players who can manipulate enemy vision, trap opponents and detonate stacked effects at the perfect moment.

New Innate Technique: Wither Rose

A cursed technique that manifests through spectral eyes, thorned vines and black roses.
Enemies who meet your gaze slowly rot under accumulating debuffs, eventually suffering devastating consequences. This technique is designed for strategic combat, zone control and delayed burst damage.

Abilities:

1) Funeral Gaze

Two closed eyes appear behind the user. After 1 second they open, applying Semi-Wither stacks to all entities looking at the user. Each stack increases debuff severity, at 5 stacks enemies receive heavy debuffs.
Chant - Eyes change color and apply 2 stacks
Flow - Holdable up to 5 seconds, constant stack application
Chant + Flow - One giant eye appears, closed for 3 seconds, then applies 5 stacks instantly

2) Mourning Thorns

User stomps at the ground, particles wrap around the target’s head, locking their rotation. It also applies ability disable
Chant – Target becomes immobile instead.
Flow – A thorn impales the target, dealing damage
Chant + Flow – Multiple thorn impale the target and stun it

3) Bramble Passage

User shoots a vine that sticks to blocks. After 1 second they get pulled in this block direction. If shifted vine snaps and launches the user slightly upwards NEW: If used on entity it pulls them in, forcing it to look at user

4) Rite of Rupture

Powerful kick that knocks the enemy far away. A wall appears behind them during flight.
If the target had 5 stacks, hitting it triggers a cascade of explosions. All Semi-Wither stacks detonate.
The target then loses 40% of hp.

5) Wake of the Black Rose

Holdable ability. User looks around in 360°, applying stacks in a large area.
Soul-sand and soul-soil slowly spread toward targets like tendrils.
The only way to counter this is not looking at the user or blocking line of sight with blocks. Chant – User charges for 3 seconds, all nearby enemies receive 2 stacks, then fall into a pit filled with mangrove roots. Pit depth scales with stack count
