🛡️ Electronic Countermeasure Field (ECF)

Forge 1.20.1 — Protect your base from hostile drones!

A configurable, server-friendly defense system that creates an electronic countermeasure field to disrupt and destroy UAVs from Superb Warfare. Designed for both singleplayer and multiplayer. Includes ownership protection, rich configuration, sound and visual feedback, and full stat tracking.

Chat Messages

🔄 Operation Modes

Mode Description Continuous Constant jamming field; stable radius and steady power usage. Burst Short, powerful disruption pulses with cooldown intervals. Stealth Reduced particle effects and lower efficiency for covert defense.

📥 Installation

1. Download the latest version of ECF from CurseForge: 👉 Electronic Countermeasure Field on CurseForge (insert actual link once available)
2. Place the .jar file into your mods/ folder.
3. Make sure both Superb Warfare and GeckoLib are installed.
4. Launch Minecraft (Forge 1.20.1).
5. The configuration file will be generated automatically after first launch.

🕹️ How to Use

1. Craft or obtain the ECF block.
2. Place it in your base — it automatically binds to you as the owner.
3. Right-click to activate or deactivate.
4. Once active, the field begins disrupting nearby UAVs.
5. You’ll see chat notifications, animation, and looped sound when active.
6. Only the owner can pick up or toggle the ECF.
7. Check configuration to fine-tune radius, strength, and messages.

📊 Statistics

Each ECF tracks:

• Total drones destroyed
• Drones entered/exited field
• Total uptime duration

🔉 Audio & Visuals

• Visual: top-half model in inventory; animated rotation while active.
• Audio: placement, activation, and continuous operation sounds (looped seamlessly).

🧩 Compatibility

• Superb Warfare — full integration (drone detection and disruption).
• GeckoLib — required for animated models.
• Forge 1.20.1 — fully tested (build 47.4.10).
• Works on servers and singleplayer without desync.

🐞 Known Issues

1. Works only with Superb Warfare drones.
2. Without Superb Warfare, jamming functions are disabled.
3. Can only be removed with the Superb Warfare crowbar.
4. Requires GeckoLib for animation and rendering.
