Animal Types in this Addon:

Dogs:

In General, all dogs behave similarly. By default they are tamed using raw beef. They follow you like you would expect. Dogs don't spawn naturally in the world, they must be bought from the Pet Merchant.

German Shepherd:

The German Shepherd also has a special ability: It can herd goats and sheep. More info in the Animania manual.

Other Canids:

The other canids also behave similar to the dogs, but they are found in the world. By default, in snowy, cold and forested areas. They are also tamed with raw beef.

Cats:

In General, all cats behave similarly. By default they are tamed using raw fish. They follow you like you would expect. Cats don't spawn naturally in the world, they must be bought from the Pet Merchant. Cats hunt small animals, so be careful!

Other Felids:

The other felids also behave similar to the cats, but they are found in the world. By default, in warm and dry areas. They are also tamed with raw fish.

Pet Merchant:

The Pet Merchant spawns randomly in villages and sells cats and dogs. They look like this:

Pet Bowl:

The Pet bowl works similarly to the trough. You can insert water and food items like fish, meat and hamster food. It looks like this:
