Canterlands

Welcome to Canterlands!

An exciting 1.20.1 survival public server focusing on the livestock and Equestrian aspect with our core mods being Genetic Animals and SWEM (Star Worm Equestrian Mod). Our server also features a custom mod exclusive to our server that allows us to automatically register horses, track lineage and assign breeds! We host a variety of engaging events with our community, such as livestock shows, horse competitions, auctions, and more - there's a variety of ways to play and explore our world. 

Whether you'd like to focus on horse breeding, training, livestock or would just like to have a supportive community we're here for everyone. Follow our starter questline for key starting items and to get to know our server lore.

Canterlands Modpack Terms of Use

By downloading or using this modpack, you agree to the following:

Singleplayer has been disabled due to ongoing misuse of our custom assets. Players were loading into singleplayer worlds, accessing our coats and textures, and redistributing or repackaging them. Because of this, all Canterlands custom assets are now restricted to server use only, effective immediately.

All custom textures created for Canterlands including but not limited to coats, genetics-related textures, and any server-exclusive visuals are our property and/or commissioned for our server. These assets may NOT be copied, extracted, redistributed, edited, shared, sold, or used in other modpacks, servers, or singleplayer worlds.

A public modpack does NOT mean the assets inside it are public-use. Asset permissions are determined by the content owners.

We are required to include coats client-side so they function properly on the server. This does not grant permission to use them elsewhere.

Mods in this pack that are not owned by Canterlands belong to their respective creators and follow their individual Terms of Use. You may use those mods separately in accordance with their licenses, but you may not use or extract any Canterlands custom textures.

We will be implementing a new GIF viewing system so players can preview coats more easily, as current renders are buggy.

Canterlands has invested significant time and financial resources into commissioned coats, software, and custom systems. These assets were created specifically for our server experience and are intended to remain exclusive.

Violation of these terms may result in permanent bans, removal from the community, DMCA takedown requests, and further action if necessary.
