Here are some examples of the current vows ingame:

All Out - Gives you zone 3 for 30 seconds, but when the zone ends your moves go on cooldown for 30 seconds, and you get weakness 3 and slowness 1 for 10 seconds.

Revealing One's Hand - Says your hp, ce, and fatigue in chat, but in return gives you zone 2 for 60 seconds.

Deception - You are immortal and get zone 3 for 52 seconds. After those 52 seconds, you will die without fail.

Gambling on the Sparks - Everytime you hit a black flash you get +2 zone or -2 weakness, starting with weakness 4. Lasts a maximum of 4 minutes, and is toggleable.

Enchain - Allows you to go into sukuna form for a minute, but you get stunned for 20 seconds afterwards. You cannot use double jumps or domain during this, and this is 1 time use per life.

Poisoned Energy - Gives you 1500 cursed energy, but deals signifigant damage to you, gives you weakness for 30 seconds, and puts your moves on cd for 10 seoncds. 3 minute cd on the vow.

All or Nothing - 0.5 second windup, then for 4 seconds you cant use use ct moves but get zone 7, +6 strength, and a higher black flash chance, allowing you to deal a lot of damage. When it ends, you are given weakness 10 and combat CD for 2.5 minutes. Has 10 uses, and a 4 minute cd. (Miwas Vow)

Heavenly Guard - Right click to guard for 6 seconds, but get stunned for 10 seconds (including the time that you are guarding)

Overtime - gives you weakness 3 for 1.5 minutes, and then +6 strength and speed 4 for 5 minutes.

Black Flash Combos - Gives you a near 100% chance of hitting black flashes for 15 seconds, but you get weakness 9 during it, everytime you hit one you take damage, and afterwards you get weakness 8 for 2 minutes.

Survival Instinct - Gives you regeneration 2 for 2 minutes, and zone 1 for 2 minutes. After the effect wears off, you get a cooldown for 60 seconds. 6.6 minute cooldown on the vow.
