Growing up, Minecraft updates felt like Christmas! But they sometimes feel a bit slow slow...

When Story Mode and Dungeons came out, I was obsessed with the new lore! Yet none of that ever made it into the actual game....

Instead of waiting for updates, I decided to bridge the gap myself. Barely Default connects the entire Minecraft canon while staying true to the vanilla art style

The Modern Look: I’ve updated "left-behind" textures to match Mojang’s current more detailed style.

The result is a world that feels refreshed and densely packed, but still familiar. I aim for you to be able to play with this pack for years and still have you learn new things about it!
