[CS] Roleplay Decor

This mod requires [CS] Library to function, and is a dependency.

[Our thought process]

We currently do quite a bit of tomfoolery that requires the items in this mod.
However we also made it with the intention of providing things that many others commonly need. 
There may be some odd things in there at a glance, such as organs and blood.
