AHZNB's Naruto Jutsu Xp Buff

If you've played AHZNB's Naruto mod you probably know about how much of a grind it is to grind JutsuXp. I took it upon myself to increase the rate at which you gain jutsu exp by 10. I could have made it dependent on your damage like ninja exp but that was too much work. Now for every hit you gain 10 jutsu exp instead of 1.  Please keep in mind that I have little to no knowledge o coding and so there is  bug whereby the 10x exp gain also affects the "addxp2jutsu" command. I can't really fix that sorry. Everything else fine though and you can play singleplayer or with your friends without the brain numbing grind it usually has.

remove original mod when installing yours and to not pair your mod with bingo book mod
