Refilling From ME Network

if an ME interface around the Schematicannon, Schematicannon will try extract gunpowder from the ME network to refill himself.

Extract Items From ME Network

if an ME interface around the Schematicannon, Schematicannon also will try extract items from the ME network for cost.
