Chat Bubbles - Neoforge

ChatBubbles is a both required client and server-sided mod. A mod that brings your chat messages to your head (literally), that means you can see any player's message on bubbles right above their head.

Perfect for roleplay server or simple SMP, this mod makes interactions more natural and immersive.

ChatBubbles is a highly customizable mod, that means you can change your bubble's appearence or set some server-related settings. 

Features

Appearence Settings

• Each player can change their bubble's appearence using the following commands:
  • /chatbubbles bgColor hexCode // Change the bubble's background color
  • /chatbubbles borderColor hexCode // Change the bubble's border color
  • /chatbubbles textColor hexCode // Change the bubble's text color
  • *NOTE: The hexCode can't have the # symbol (ex.: FFFFFF)
• Each player can change the bubble's offset, which means the distance between the bubble and the player's head. 
  • /chatbubbles offset value
  • *NOTE: The value can be negative, but recommended is 2.0+. Negative values are for models that are smaller than normal minecraft player.
• Each player can change the bubble's spacing, which means the distance between their bubbles bubbles.
  • /chatbubbles spacing value
  • *NOTE: The value must be between 1.0 and 10.0.
• Each player can hide their nametag to other players when the a bubble is active.
  • /chatbubbles hideNametag true/false

Server-related settings

• Max. of bubbles above the players' head;
• Default values for offset, spacing and hideNametag;
• Bubble's padding;
• Duration of a bubble.
