Description!

This is a pretty small mod I developed to fill a modding gap that I personally thought was missing, but I'm really excited to share it with you

The goal of this mod is to provide users with a non-intrusive way to make spells less op in the early game of Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks

Vision

Have you ever been playing a modpack, with Iron's Spells n' Spellbooks and think

WOW! These spells are really powerful and beautiful! but they're kinda overpowered…

Well this mod is for you! By restricting the spells in the same way Eldritch spells are restricted, it takes a lot longer to get the powerful spells, AND modpack makers can remove the loot tables so they can only be learned through the command /learnSpell

I couldn't find a solution I liked, so I made one!

Goals

To offer users a way to rebalance the mod Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks
To add compatibility with select addons that add other schools of magic
To release a project I am proud of
For YOU to play the game how YOU want to

Key Features

Make all spells require learning to use
Requires players to have a certain rarity!
Provide all even modded schools with their own manuscript to learn the spells
Provide a cheaper manuscript to allow users to learn a random spell
Allow imbued spells to be casted without learning them, BUT require learning to make
Compat with any school addons
Resource pack makers can give each manuscript their own textures, and GUI textures, Example Pack

Useful Information

A specific spell can be learned by having a manuscript in one hand and the scroll in the other
Rarity orbs let you upgrade your rarity level, these can be crafted with an alchemy cauldron of the rarity ink, and an upgrade orb
A manuscript can be crafted by surrounding a spell focus item (the ones used to craft scrolls) with 4 torn scrolls
Put any scroll in a crafting interface to provide 2 torn scrolls

I give permission for anyone to use this mod, or source code how they see fit, as long as you respect the restrictions and guidelines of Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks since this wouldn't be possible without them! If you are unsure whether something is allowed please just ask- I promise I don't bite!
