A cult classic from the era of famous Flans Mod Minecraft modpacks such as MCH&G/Blockfront, Tyrants & Plebeians, and Call to Battle, FOB Online returns to once again allow players to transform Minecraft into a World War 2 era sandbox, featuring the iconic weapons, factions, vehicles, and other tools of humanity's most devastating conflict.

Persistent Sandbox Warfare

Inspired by military simulation tactical FPS games like Forgotten Hope, Rising Storm/Red Orchestra/Darkest Hour, Squad, Hell Let Loose, and the ARMA series, FOB Online provides a believable large scale World War 2 Battlefield, complete with custom maps running objective based operations. This is not your average SMP, Factions, TDM, or Towny server, but instead a custom Light RP Gamemode made for intense open ended PvP action, where players determine their roles and objectives for full control over the battle...or as much as the enemy will allow it! Tactics, cooperation, and bravery are vital to making your weapons of war effective and efficient, featuring a near fully buildable/destructible custom map for the Axis and Allied teams to vie for control. Hold strategic areas, and mass enough resources, and fortify positions worthy enough of facing the opposing force. Play the role of the common Rifleman footsoldier, or support your team as a machine gunner. Strike fear from afar as a marksman. Gather valuable intel as strategic recon. Server Operation Events

Similar to Arma 3 style operations, The FOB Online server hosts recreations of legendary battlefields from both history and fiction. Outside of the persistent warfare mode, new PVP Operation event maps are developed periodically for the server. Join and be assigned a role in organized teams and wage war in scales, scope, and detail never before seen in Minecraft, as you find yourself immersed in realistically recreated battlefields modeled and based on the battles they are inspired by.
