Compatibility Fix: Mouse Tweaks & Accessories

This is a lightweight mod designed to resolve a specific annoyance when using the WheelTweak from Mouse Tweaks while in the Accessories trinket GUI.

The aforementioned tweak allows you to move items rapidly by scrolling, and this conflicts with the scroll input intended for the Accessories GUI. This makes it so every time you scroll down, you will take off your trinkets/accessories. This mod resolves that by disabling that tweak while in the Accessories trinket GUI.
