Sorts enchantments in item tooltips. (alphabetically)
This uses mixins instead of Fabric/(Neo)Forge API's tooltip events, so it's slightly faster than most alternatives. Probably.

Q: But what about Botania Mana Enchanting, which will apply the first enchantment on an Enchanted Book with multiple enchantments!?
A: Enchantment sorting can now be disabled on Enchanted Books specifically! 🐴💦
