What is Legendary Monsters?

Legendary Monsters is a mod that adds 9 new challenging mobs to the game. for each mob there is a reward, for example unique weapon (for each weapon from this mod there is an unique ability) this mod also add some new structures to the game. There are also Friendly Creatures which you can ride or tame or even recolour by holding shift and right clicking with valuable items!

This mod has config, and is compatible with Better Combat & Biomes O' Plenty

Mobs descriptions :

<Skeletosaurus:

This is a prehistoric beast that lives in its nest in soul sand valley biome. it stmps and creates shockwaves to kill its prey really quickly, it also uses its tail to fight.

<Warped Fungussus:

Warped Fungussus is a warped mushroom like entity that lives in warped forest. It teleports after its attack, when beat it drops Warped Mushroom cap part, it can be used to create the entity warper item.

<Endersent:

Endersent is a very dangerous entity, it deals a lot of damage and teleports after the attack. It can also give chorus infection effect to players. As a reward player can get the Chorus Crystal. this item allows player to craft The Chorus Blade, or The Chorus Mask.

<Chorusling:

Chrosuling is a mob similar to Endersent but its much less dangerous, it can drop Infected Chorus Fruit, which can be used to craft Chorus Mask or Void Entity Warper.

<Lava Eater

Lava Eater is a big lizard that is immune to fire. It can attack its enemies from underground. It can also summon large amount of fire around it and use its tail to attack.

<Shulker Mimic

Shulker Mimic is a big shulker - like mob that can be found in shulker tower structure. it gives levitation effect to its enemies. It drops large shulker shell item, from this item you can craft Shulker Helmet or A Shulker Shield. When he reaches 50% of health he starts applying Gravity Pull effect to his enemies. When he reaches 25% of health he will start applying levitation and Gravity Pull effect but stronger.

<Frostbitten Golem

Frostbitten Golem is a big frozen golem that can be found in snowy and cold biomes. He summons dangerous ice spikes to hurt its enemies.

<Overgrown Colossus

Overgrown Colossus is is.. is just overgrown. it lives deep in the heart of the jungle. It can summon poisonous clouds around it self, the poisonous clouds are healing him

<Withered Abomination
Withered Abomination is a big scary wither - like mob that lives in the soul fortress remains structure, he loves to charge at players, and use its big horns to hurt mobs.

<Cloud Golem:

Culonimbus, the cloud golem is an ancient god of air and thunder, He uses many attacks using clouds, and lightning and even Laser Beams!

After he uses Laser attack he loses consciousness for a while, because he uses all the power he has while doing that, he quickly recovers so act fast! You can disable Cloud Golem lose consciousness in config.

Player can hit him with axe 3 times(axe has to have no attack cooldown) while he is blocking with his shoulders  to destroy his shoulders and make him unable to protect himself from incoming attacks

Every attack is dodgeable, that means you can defeat him without enchants, or without being hit even once!

Ancient Guardian is a big and scary monster with many visible ribs. It deals a lot of damage and it can stun its enemies because of how hard its attacks are, be careful when hitting him because even when you hurt him it can hurt you. It drops Anchor Handle. Anchor Handle can be used to craft Monstrous Anchor or Spiky Shield.

<Ambusher

Ambusher is a mob that attacks players using its long tongue, when defeated it splits into 3 little worms. When defeated it also drops 1 piece of its tough skin, which can be used to craft Spiky Shield.

<Spiky Bug

Spiky bug is a small but very annoying worm that lurks around Ancient Stronghold structure, it drops Ancient Spike. Ancient Spike can be used to craft Spiky Shield.

<Haunted Knight

 Haunted Knight is a living armor with a sword and shield. It spawns in Abandoned Crypt Structure.

<Haunted Guard

 Haunted Guard is another living armor but it is using Golden Halberd as a weapon. He also spawns in abandoned crypt.

<Posessed Paladin

 Posessed Paladin is a big Living armor with large netherite sword, Posessed paladin will stun you when you are not careful enought, it can apply Broken Armor Effect as well. Posessed Paladin has 2 phases,

in the first one he has normal texture, and in the second one he has golden texture and starts applying Bleeding effect to his enemies.

<Skeloraptor

 Skeloraptor is a friendly creature that can be hatched from skeletosaurus egg. Once its hatched you have to tame it with Raw Beef and wait until it's fully grown to be able to ride it. It's a very fast transport, and it can jump higher than horses. To make Skeletosaurus egg hatch faster, you have to place it on soul sand. This mob is also regenerating naturally.

<Guard

 Guard is a neutral creature that can be brought to life after defeating Posessed Paladin using Guard Summoner item. You have to tame it using iron ingots. Once its tamed it will  attack every  entity you want him to attack. You can also Change its armor colour by holding shift + right click and holding [Iron Ingot or Gold Ingot or Diamond, or Emerald, or Amethyst, or Copper, or Echo Shard, or Netherite Ingot] at the same time. you can make it stay or follow you by right clicking, its also regenerating naturally, it has less damage points than the Knight but it can perform attacks on longer distance, and it has big knockback.

<Knight

   Knight is a neutral creature that can be brought to life after defeating Posessed Paladin using Knight Summoner item. You have to tame it using iron ingots. Once its tamed it will  attack every  entity you want him to attack. You can also Change its armor colour by holding shift + right click and holding [Iron Ingot or Gold Ingot or Diamond, or Emerald, or Amethyst, or Copper, or Echo Shard, or Netherite Ingot] at the same time. you can make it stay or follow you by right clicking, its also regenerating naturally, it has more damage points than the Guard, and he is performing attacks on shorter distances, and he has smaller knockback.

<Dune Sentinel
 Dune Sentinel is a giant Cannon that guards the Ruined Pyramid structure. it has 2 attacks, The first Attack: Dune Sentinel Shoots Bombs at its target. The Second Attack: Dune Sentinel Smashes the ground damaging all entities around it, and knocking them away from it. As a reward you can get Crystal Of Sandstorm that can be used to craft Sand Cannon (a new powerful ranged weapon)

<Bomber

 Bomber is a creeper - like monster that spawns in Desert Biome. when it explodes it applies Curse Of Desert effect (flips your screen upside down), to nearby mobs. its also much faster than normal creeper.
