Inspired by Animal Crossing, this mod randomly spawns Balloons with Chests.

Attack the Balloon to "Pop" it and drop the chest below.

Config Options include...

Balloon Spawn Settings (Only available for 1.18.2)
Enable/Disable the RARE Balloon Spawning
Float Height of the Balloons
Max Float Speed of the Balloons
If Chests are lost if they fall into Lava and Water
Toggle if Balloons Draw from Minecraft's Simple Dungeon Loot Tables or the Custom Tables. Set to Simple Dungeon by default!

Balloons will only spawn in the Overworld.

After a lot of testing, Nether Balloons have a bad tendency to get STUCK and waiting on Balloons to float over land in the End was extremely annoying.

Balloons will NOT spawn over Rivers or the Ocean.

Today, I was out exploring the wilds of Minecraft when I noticed something strange in the sky. A large balloon was floating there, with a chest hanging from it. I couldn't believe my luck. I quickly equipped my bow and shot an arrow straight at the balloon, bringing it crashing down to the ground.

I approached the fallen chest with excitement and opened it to find an abundance of valuable items inside. Diamonds, gold, potions, enchanting materials, and much more. But the most valuable treasure of all was a Diamond Pickaxe. I couldn't believe my luck. I quickly grabbed the pickaxe, feeling its power and potential.

I couldn't believe my good fortune. It was a fortunate day for me. I've continued my journey with my new Diamond Pickaxe and I'm looking forward to see what other treasures will I find.

Thanks to my archery skills, I was able to shoot the balloon down and get these valuable items. I'm grateful for this unexpected gift and couldn't wait to see what other adventures await me in this world. With my new Diamond Pickaxe, I'm sure I can mine the deepest and toughest ores.
