Domestication Innovation Fixed

This mod is a fork of Alex666's DomesticationInnovation mod, originally made for the MC Eternal 2 mod pack. It fixes common server crashes (especially when used with the Rats mod).

The following changes have been made to the original code:

• Check for null owner UUID on saving of CompoundTag.
• Check for null owner UUID on adding LanternRequest for a tamed pet.
• Check for null owner UUID on getting LanternRequests for a tamed pet.

These changes prevent crashing of the server whenever lantern requests are issued for wild rats (and potentially other tameable animals).
