If Fishing Real is installed, completing the minigame will fish up the live fish! (Similar to the built-in behavior with the Almighty Worm)

EMI is the recommended recipe viewer mod as it has built-in integration with starcatcher's recipes and fish entries!

For Modpack Developers & Modders

• There are a lot of built-in configs available, both for client and server, make sure you check all of them if you're looking to customize the overall experience for a modpack!
• All the mods above have their fishes (and extra marine creatures) added as fishable entries to Starcatcher.
• If the mod also provides baits, that mod's fishes will be attracted to the respective mods bait.
• If the mod adds fishing rods (such as Aquaculture & Tide), they are not and will not be overridden by Starcatcher. You must use a Starcatcher rod, unless the mod's author has added compatibility on their side with Starcatcher's fishing minigame.

Each fish and trophy is fully customizable through datapacks, perfect for modpacks looking to further customize the fishing experience! Reach out to me on discord and I'll be happy to help.

Check the wiki (wip) page on how to add your custom fish or trophy json with your restrictions, starcatcher will handle everything else.
