Rpg: Better Elder Guardian

As it says in the name this mod will make your standard Elder Guardian better.

The Elder Guardian now comes with an increased health (when the hp of the guardian is already modified by a level mod or custom cofigs this should not over write them, thank me later :) )and with custom attacks and custom drops.

This new and inproved Elder Guardian will also have a few special attacks like summoning guardians, surrounding itsself with explosive sea mines and teleporting the player to itself.

there are also new special weapons and relics that are obtained from the boss drops.

1.20.1 + are the most updated versions

Two new blocks were also added.
