This is a simple mod that adds a skill tree made for Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks, in it you will be able to acquire skills that increase your maximum mana and the speed at which it regenerates, increase the power of your spells and also reduce the cast time and their cooldown, you will gain exp and levels by using spells

If you are looking for a more complex skill tree mod where you have multiple trees and can specialize in a magic school you should check out Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks Dynamic Skill Trees by RaiRaimu!

Addon released :D

This addon adds a skill tree for every magic school which you can level alongside the main tree, all spells will contribute to the main tree but only give XP to their respective school, so for example if you use the Fireball spell you'll get XP in the main Magic tree and in the Fire school tree but not in the Ice school tree
There's two versions, the normal version gives you a 30% boost to that magic school spell power once you get every skill while the OP version gives you a 90% boost, if you started with one version and didn't like it you can download the other one (but make sure to only have one version at a time) and you'll keep the progress of the tree and the only thing that will change is the boost you get

This mod was made using the Pufferfish Skills template generator and the online editor, following the tutorial by Liopyu

This is my first mod for Minecraft so if you encounter any bugs leave a comment and I'll do my best to address them

Feel free to do anything you want with this mod, include it in your modpacks, modify it and reupload your own version, whatever lol

Compatibility with T.O Magic 'n Extras update :D

This update only adds support for T.O Magic 'n Extras, you now get XP when using spells from that mod but this is the only thing the new update brings so if you're not using that mod then there's no need to download this, from my (limited lol) testing it seems like this update will work even if you're not using T.O Magic but since that's the only thing this update adds then there's no point in doing that lol

Update v1.1

Now all spells give xp when used :D (should have done that in first place lol)
From my testing it should be safe to update and you should keep your experience and levels but it's always a good idea to backup your worlds just in case

If for some reason you lost your experience or skill points you can add them again using /puffish_skills experience set @s irons_spells_skill_tree:magic X and /puffish_skills points set @s irons_spells_skill_tree:magic X
