Description

Fixes a performance issue caused by how TerraBlender injects its surface rules (the changes may break the generation of some biome mods that have improper surface rules, use at your own risk!)

 

Note: If you have Regions Unexplored, you must use v0.5.6+ or certain biomes will have incorrect surfaces
