Unique Enchantments Base

This mod is the Base Library for Unique Enchantments that every Unique Enchantments Mod will use to write its enchantments.

It includes:

- The Fully Configurable Enchantment,
- Stat Wrapper that can also be configured
- Configuration Management.
- Optimized ways to get Enchantments.
- And some features that may get shared between all mods.
- JEI Enchantment View that shows More accurate data then other JEI Implementations. (Uses Enchantment Descriptions for Vanilla descriptions) 
- Anvil and Enchanting Table costs can be changed to Experience (including a Multiplier)
- Curses can be hidden
- Tooltip Coloring for Enchantments (Name, Border Top, Border Bottom, Tooltip Background)
- Optional Enchantment Limit on Items

JEI Enchantment View that is able to even find the most Obscure Compatible Items that other Views are not able to find.
(This does not require any addon and is a standalone feature of the base mod)
