RLCraft Dregora NC Textures

Revamps the default NuclearCraft block textures for weathered block textures and a more sturdy reactor (trap)door.

This project is still a WIP and released in it's current state due to RLCraft Dregora v1.1.0 time constraints. This resource pack will be expanded in the future with the following possible additions:

- Randomized Fission Blast Block Textures
- Randomized Fission Block Casing Textures
- Randomized Fission Block Transparent Textures
- Addition of non included block textures
- Weathered Item Textures
- Addition of Weathered GUI textures
