I dont want portal yet

Mod adds command/config to disable nether, end and portals from mods 

use /portal end/nether enabled true/false to enable/disable or change value in config file

 YOU CAN ALSO SET TIMER

use /portaltimer and set the number of ticks to automatically enable the portal or change value in config 

NOW YOU CAN ENABLE PORTAL AFTER GETTING ADVANCEMENT!!

use /portaladvancement to set advancement
