Eyes in the Dark adds a new monster. Its history comes from the SCP universe, where it is referred to as SCP-280, also known as Eyes in the Dark.

This terrifying, humanoid mass lurks in the darkness, waiting for unsuspecting players. With its long claws, SCP-280 is deadly in combat, attacking swiftly when it gets the chance. SCP-280 is incredibly weak to light. Any strong light will significantly damage it, and in extreme cases, SCP-280 can even perish under intense illumination. You may think you've escaped, but this creature is always lurking in the dark, watching with his glowing red eyes, ready to strike again.

► [OLD] What is my console spaming?

Most mobs use special spawning conditions, which means that these mobs can only appear under certain conditions. If the spawning conditions work, this spam is created in the console.

► [OLD] Why can't I summon a mob?

Spawning Conditions determine which conditions must be met in order to spawn certain mobs. Some mobs only spawn above Y level 60. Some below. Most mobs can only spawn in the overworld than in other dimensions.

► Why are features missing in different versions?

It is recommended to play the newest versions of higher minecraft versions.

Not all features of MCreator available or the same in different versions.
For example: Version 1.19.2 doesn't have the feature of shield, better structure generation or custom villagers, but Version 1.20.1 does have them.

► Where does SCP-280 spawn?

SCP-280 can spawn anywhere in the overworld like a normal monster. However, there can only be one instance of SCP-280.

SCP-280, Eyes in the dark

SCP-280 is a humanoid shadow entity. Light always causes it to teleport away and SCP-280 can also pass through solid blocks no matter in which state SCP-280 is. In its first State, SCP-280 is almost completely translucent and lacks visible eyes. It silently moves toward the player if looked at or approached too closely. Contact with the player applies Nausea, Slowness, and Weakness, after which SCP-280 teleports nearby and enters it's dormant state.  In this Dormant State, SCP-280 is no longer translucent. It slowly follows the player if detected, and if the player comes within 8 blocks, it enters its Active State in which SCP-280’s eyes glow red. It is fast and deadly, dealing high damage and inflicting the Darkness effect on its victims. It teleports when in light, taking damage if exposed to bright areas. Upon killing another entity, it goes back into it's Dormant State.
