Random PSIdeas is an addon to Psi, a mod made by Vazkii.

PSI is a magical tech spell programming mod inspired by Mahouka. PSI allows you to create spells that can perform various different actions, Random PSIdeas aims to add more tools for the player to play with whilst keeping the theme of the mod.
