Adds compat between Ice and Fire: Dragons and Iron's Spells and Spellbooks

THERE WILL BE NO FABRIC VERSION OF THIS MOD

In this mod:
- Adds in mage armor sets for all Dragonsteel types
- Adds in a legendary spellbook
- Adds in a special Dragon Priest staff

- Adds in Dragon Priest masks which can be found in: Male dragon dens, end cities and ancient cities

Available for both 1.19.2,1.20.1 and 1.21.1
