Features
Optimization
This mod does contain the optimization code from Let Me Despawn mod, but it adds config option for it.
This optimization itself can be also disabled in the config.
Tweaker
This mod will prevent mobs spawning from spwaners from despawning.
You can also add structures (acceptable: structure mod's ID, structure's registry name) into the config so this rule will only take effect on the defined structures.
This tweak is disabled by default.
