This mod is part of The Vanilla Experience modpack and Serilum's Spawn Bundle mod.
Husk Spawn is a minimalistic configurable mod which adds a chance for husks to spawn naturally everywhere instead of a zombie spawn. By default they only spawn in a desert biome. Husks do not burn in daylight as they have some sort of hat on.
Configurable: ( how do I configure? )
chanceZombieIsHusk (default = 0.15, min 0, max 1.0): The chance a zombie that has spawned is of the husk variant.

You may freely use this mod in any modpack, as long as the download remains hosted within the Modrinth ecosystem.
