Integration Fixes

Unofficial Addon for the Integrated Minecraft Modpack that fixes varying issues to improve the playability of the mod pack by smoothing out identified pain points.

Features (So far)

• Adds recipe fill support for Eidolon's Worktable via EMI/JEI.
• Fixes merchant trades being offset when the output is removed.
