Description
Welcome to Sky Capsule Project, the first modpack from The Mediocre Modders! We are two friends, Ab3r0n and TomBombadil4Real (aka Abe and Tom), that have played thousands of hours and hundreds of packs and have seen most anything modded Minecraft had to offer. Having this experience in playing packs, and with our mediocre skills in-game, we decided to branch out and try to develop a pack ourselves, putting in elements we wanted or rarely saw, and also doing something fairly unique for resource generation. Starting with Custom Machines for resource generation, add in a dash of ProjectE, a pinch of Thermal Expansion, Botania, Resourceful Bees, Mystical Agriculture, etc and Sky Capsule Project was born (and by extension, The Mediocre Modders). Please note that while this isn't an "expert" pack, many of the recipes in the game and throughout mods have been changed; they will not require hours/days/weeks of grinding to achieve, just some proper planning and looking ahead.
Punch ground, get pebbles, hammer cobble, sieve, rinse, repeat for hours... No thank you, been there, done that! Grinding out thousands upon thousands of resources for singularities? We've all been there, done that too. Time for something a little different! Sky Capsule Project is a pack based around Custom Machines for resource generation (called Resource Generators) for most, if not all, resources. Resource Generators create Resource Capsules, which you can then craft into whatever resource you want or need; there are different tiers of Resource Generators, with each tier corresponding to different end-result resources. NO MORE SIEVES!! These capsules and associated recipes are not random, you can pick and choose whatever resource you want or need whenever you want it, or set up auto crafting to keep them all stocked whenever you need.
Mystical Agriculture and Resourceful Bees have been added as well for alternative or faster generation, but they can also simply be used to upgrade the "quality" of resources from those Resource Generators. ProjectE enters the pack early to give you a boost, but EMC values have been modified on a lot of the "top tier" and "dimensional" resources, so it's not completely overpowered by mid to late game. Also, most "natural" ProjectE EMC generation has been removed, so all EMC comes straight from resources you're generating with the method(s) you've chosen. The Nether and The End resources come from "Dimensional Resource Generators" (aka DRGs), with simple multiblock structures for an upgraded capsule that provides higher output and new recipes.
As you work through your Resource Generator journey, you'll also work through Immersive Engineering, Industrial Foregoing, Thermal Expansion, Mekanism, Botania, and more. Several mods require minimal to moderate progress through one or two others, but they all help work towards your ultimate goal -- the Tier 9001 Resource Generator and end game Creative items. The Tier 9001 Resource Generator (or 9001 for short) is very simple, but very powerful -- give it one item you want to copy, and it will produce a stack of that item every tick, indefinitely. It's over 9000, it has to be powerful, right?? The 9001 is the "gateway" to end game and creative items, and with that the end of the pack. Sans Singularities.

When creating a new world make sure to leave the world type as SkyBlock as this applies the template for the starting island.
For Servers make sure you set the level-type=skyblockbuilder\:custom_skyblock
We'd Highly Recommend allocating between 6-8GB of RAM to the pack. Too little can cause major performance issues, and going with too much can sometimes have issues performing as well on some machines.
